Who we are
Joyhard Tree Service is a referral service for homeowners with a tree problem. We connect you with independent tree removal providers in Novi, MI and the Novi area. That's the whole job. We don't cut, climb, haul, or grind anything ourselves.
Why this exists
Looking up at a tree you're worried about is stressful. Searching for help can add to it. Phone numbers pile up, prices look all over the place, and it's hard to know who to trust. Joyhard Tree Service exists to make that first step quieter. Compare, then decide.
How providers are matched
You tell us what's going on. Is it a dead tree, a storm-damaged limb, or a stump? Where is it on your property? Then we point your request toward independent providers in our network who work in your part of the region and handle that kind of job.
You can then talk with them, ask questions, and ask for written estimates. Your yard, your pace.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the work in plain words
- Give a written quote before starting
- Be upfront about what is and isn't included, such as cleanup and hauling
- Respect your decision if you choose someone else
Each provider sets their own prices, schedule, and methods. Please ask any provider about their own insurance and credentials before you agree to work.
What we do not do
We don't perform tree work. We don't set prices. We don't promise a specific date, a specific result, or an insurance outcome. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask providers whether they can help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
You don't pay Joyhard Tree Service to use this service. Providers in our network may pay for the opportunity to be connected with homeowners. That doesn't change what you owe a provider for the work. Your estimate comes from the provider, in writing, and you decide whether to accept it.
